Stitch Fix #3 Review

As I advised in my Friday Favorites, this Stitch Fix was probably my favorite one I have received. Although this is my 3rd review on the blog, this was actually my 17th total fix. When I checked out, I requested that Meg remain my stylist for all boxes going forward. The reason that I want to stick with the same stylist (besides that she totally has nailed the last two fixes) is that she has continuously looked at my Pinterest but not given me exactly what I requested. For example, I pinned a tank top on my board that my stylist found a similar design but in a dress. The fact that she looked at my board but gave me an even better design further confirmed she is the perfect stylist for me. So let’s get to my 3rd Stitch Fix review.

1) Pixley Imara Lattice Neck Dress   $78.00   KEEP

I loved this dress! I mean LOVE this dress. Meg picked this dress based on a tank top I pinned with the same design on the top. Perfect fit. I have already worn it three times. It is easy to pair with sandals and perfect to dress up with a sweater and heels. Just perfection. Hands down my favorite item I have received in all my fixes.

2) Papermoon Malena Split Back Blouse   $48.00   RETURN

When I saw this in the box I thought I would hate it. I was right unfortunately. It was very unflattering and did not nothing for my shape at all! I did not love the black detail lace panel on the side and could not see myself wearing it anywhere. Plus I tend to pick more fitted tops and have recently picked flow tanks in my fixes. Even Emma gave a no for this one.

3) 41Hawthorn Jace Chevron Print Dress  $68.00   KEEP

Another perfect dress – perfect fit, color, size, style and design. I have worn this dress to work and love the feel of the fabric. Another dress that is perfect for dressing up or down, I needed to add a staple like this into my wardrobe.

4) THML Duarte Tie Neck Halter Top  $54.00   RETURN

Meg gave me this top because I pinned a similar one. It is funny because I have now received two halter tops that I pinned but did not look good on me. Maybe I need to give up on the halter top. Although I liked the design and colors, the top was too short on my already short torso, I need longer blouses.

5) 41Hawthorn McQue Solid Lace Sleeve Blouse  $48.00   KEEP

This shirt is so soft, elegant and pretty. The fit was perfect, not too loose but not fitted either. I have worn it with jeans as well as tucked into a skirt for work and I love it. I like that is rather simple but the lace sleeves just give it an oomph.
